  12. I tried to use the Adaptec BBS and couldn't get through, so maybe the
  13. net can help....

  15. I got an Adaptec AHA-1542B controller and want to use it with OS/2 2.0
  16. and a large SCSI disk. 
  17.  
  18. My question is this: I have heard that SCSI disks larger than 1 Gb may
  19. not work properly without BIOS upgrades or special drivers. Is this true for
  20. OS/2? 
  21.  
  22. If necessary I can use an MFM drive and controller to boot, and use the
  23. large SCSI only for storage.
  24.  
  25. Are there any other considerations that I need to keep in mind or any
  26. tricks/gotchas?
