- I'm having trouble with getting the WINOS2 drivers that came with the 32-bit
- drivers to work properly. When I try to run a seamless windows session, the
- application's icon gets hatched for a second or two, then it returns to WPS.
- If I try to run full-screen, the screen goes blank, the disk runs for a
- little, apparently loading windows, then the computer is effectively turned
- off. No ctrl-alt-del, no ctrl-esc, no nothing.
-
- I followed the instructions in tri32new.txt, copied the svgadata.dos to
- svgadata.pmi, made the correct modifications to the system.ini file, did not
- replace vsvga.sys, have OS/2 with the CSD and the original DISPLAY.DLL, and I
- think I did everything else by the book. Any suggestions from someone who got
- it working?
-
- System:
- 486/33 32Mb ram
- SCSI hard drives (Adaptec w/ new drivers)
- Panasonic CD-ROM w/ new drivers
- Trident 8900c v3.11 w/ 1Mb VRAM.
- OS/2 2.01 (CSD)
-
- Thanks,
