  23. You can generate that SVGADATA.PMI file under plain DOS.  Set up
  24. TVGACRTC.SYS the way you want (using the TVGACRTC.EXE utility), load
  25. it in CONFIG.SYS under plain DOS (floppy boot is fine), boot DOS, and
  26. run SVGA ON DOS (using the SVGA.EXE program in \OS2).  Copy this file,
  27. SVGADATA.DOS to \OS2\SVGADATA.PMI.  Reboot into OS/2, and you should
  28. be all set.
