  22. The exact combination that caused the problem for a person on Compuserver was:

  25. CALL=D:\TOOLS\SHIFTRUN.EXE 5 CMD.EXE

  27. That person has since resolved their problem by removing the line:

  29. RUN=C:\OS2\MODE.COM ...

  31. Although, this may not be a desirable solution. It might be possible to
  32. change RUN= to CALL= in the above list and still have things work
  33. properly.  I also believe reversing the order of the two statements such
  34. that MODE.COM gets called AFTER shiftrun is executed will also solve the
  35. problem.

  37. I have had a request to allow an option to change the hotkey from left
  38. shift to a user selected key.  I'll see what I can do as time permits.

  40. Keep in mind that IBM's official statement of support is basically
  41. "use at your own risk... there is no support for EWS utilities."
