- Subject: Backup software using OS/2 Multimedia ?
- Lines: 14
-
- Backing up 200MB, 400MB, nowadays starting with 1GB drives becomes more and
- more a pain and expensive.
-
- In the case of Multimedia OS/2 it would seem to be feasible to utilize the
- available hardware to e.g. make backups to video tape-recorders. As the hard-
- ware would be in place for MM-users that would be some gimmick (maybe even
- shareware stuff ?).
-
- So, does anyone know of anybody working on backup/restores utilizing MM-stuff ?
-
- I would not mind if a backup lasts for hours as under OS/2 it would not hamper
- me working at the same time on my other stuff.
