- I have had the same problem. Although I am now in Windows 3.1,
- I think I remember that on 3.0 I could reassign my mouse to COM2,
- put the modem on COM3 and the external RS-232 on COM1. The IRQ's
- now are COM1 RS232 IRQ4
- COM2 Mouse IRQ3
- COM3 Modem IRQ5
