  41.     I have had the same problem.  Although I am now in Windows 3.1,
  42. I think I remember that on 3.0 I could reassign my mouse to COM2,
  43. put the modem on COM3 and the external RS-232 on COM1.  The IRQ's
  44. now are COM1 RS232 IRQ4
  45.          COM2 Mouse IRQ3
  46.          COM3 Modem IRQ5
