  11. Is there any way to get ANSI terminal emulation in a console
  12. window?  There's a file 'ansi.sys' in the nt/system dir, but 
  13. sticking that into the config.sys file doesn't seem to do anything.
  14. The console API sample app doesn't mention anything about
  15. it either.
