- One major problem here in Sweden is that Microsoft doesn't seem to
- keep any trak of who has bought the July version. I believe that
- another problem is that we've all payed for the product in advance
- so they don't gain anything by sending it to us. Reputation doesn't
- count, that's for sure.

- When I called them three weeks ago and they promised they would
- send me the October version. I called them this Monday and asked
- if they had it available for delivery. They had lots of them and
- once again they promised to send one to me. Obviously, they haven't
- sent one, mail from Stockholm takes one day to Lund. I guess it's
- time to call them again ...
