- You might want to try running the "SOCKETS.EXE" program before entering
- windows. We OEM and remarket the VisionWare XVision X Server within
- my group, and we initially got a similar message to the one described
- above. Once we ran the SOCKETS.EXE program (I think that it's in the
- NETPROG subdir under LANMAN.DOS), everything worked very well.
