  10. DOS and Windows 16-bit Programs don't run.

  12. When starting a DOS program, a Text-Window is being created, 
  13. then there's the 'Division through 0' (or similar) error.

  15. This happens with all DOS-Program (for example QEDIT), not only
  16. with games that "directly access the hardware".

  18. I got a 486 33 with 16MB Ram and AMI-BIOS.

  20. When starting a 16-Bit Windows-Program, there's an hourglass
  21. for half a second (a bit longer at the first Windows program),
  22. and then there happens nothing.

  24. I disabled the external and internal cache and switched from
  25. Turbo to normal mode (8 MHz). Then after starting a DOS-Program
  26. there appeared the message

  30.     NTVDM.DLL has encountered a system-error
  31.     with QEDIT
  32.  
  33. Since this message appears only for fractions of a second, I couldnt
  34. exactly read it.

  36. Windows Programs didn't run either.

  38. How can I fix this bug?
