  29.    Runs fine for me - then again I use 3.1, not NT. One thought, tho ...
  30.    The only thing I could imagine being wrong is that the toolbox may be
  31.    out-of-screen. Try modifying the TBPos values in DLGEDIT.INI.

  34.     dlgedit itself)
