  27. My fault was that I didn't understand that the above message 
  28. isn't a real error message, but rather an informational message.

  30. It doesn't tell why the base service didn't start, it tells
  31. how the system handles that problem (by not starting dependent
  32. services, that is). This wasn't obvious, at least not to me.
