  11. Primarily, I am looking for communications libraries which will allow transfer
  12. of files via a faxmodem board (both the fax and the modem side).

  14. If such a beast is not available, then how about a(n?) utility which converts
  15. ASCII files to PCX files, in either landscape or portrait orientation? 
  16. Preferably a Windows utility, although a nicely behaved DOS one will probably
  17. do for now.
