- jagrant@emr1.emr.ca (John Grant) asked for help regarding how to create
- a .HLP file.
-
- What's needed is a simple utility called QDHELP (I got it in an archive
- called QDHELP.ZIP). This is Quick & Dirty Help, and converts a simple text
- file created by an editor (e.g. Windows Notepad) containing some meta-
- commands, into a RTF file which can be fed into HC.EXE.
-
- It works fine, and is shareware, I think.
-
- Frank.
