  21. No toolkit required...  Since you have VB 2.0 pro on order you will get
  22. a multimedia tool that will probably do everything you need (except record).

  24. With VB 1.0 you could either order a toolkit from several vendors or you
  25. could write your own by using the Windows 3.1 MCI api.
