  26. It's not in *any* of the manuals, but all the information you need is in
  27. the Windows 3.1 SDK on-line help system.  Search for the topic
  28. "Shell Dynamic Data Exchange Interface Overview".  The information about
  29. how a launcher gets information about the program's icon is described under
  30. the heading "Providing Property Data", towards the end of the topic.
