  11. This must be an easy question but I can't figure it out.  How do you 
  12. make a long in VB from two integers.  This is necessary to send a WM_LBUTTONDOWNevent to a control or for many other windows calls.  In C you would use
  13. the MAKELONG(hi,lo) macro.
