- The Program Manager uses, by default, the first icon resource listed in
- the applications resource file. If you select the application in Program
- Manager, press Alt+Enter to display the "Properties" dialog, then press
- the "Icon" button, you should see all the icons present and you'll be able
- to select the one you want displayed.

- To fix this "problem", just make the applications icon the first one in
- the application's resource file.
