  15. After spending several hours puzzling over the use of Borlands Custom
  16. Controls in a Windows Dialog, I remembered that someone else on the
  17. net had also had problems with them. I then also remembered that I had
  18. to load BWCC.DLL to get at the Custom Controls.

  20. The bottom line is: where in the manuals is the use of BWCC.DLL
  21. mentioned or even the Borland Custom Controls. I seem to have looked
  22. everywhere, but can't find anything on the Borland Custom Controls.

  24. Any help or hints would be very gratefully received. I've already had
  25. too many tears over this one.

  27. Also, am I allowed to distribute BWCC.DLL with any applicatoins I write?
