  12. The 3.1 SDK has a SRP of  $349, or is also included w/ MS C/C++ 7.0
  13. for a SRP of $499. Both are available retail. The SDK is harder to
  14. find at dealers and can be ordered direct from MS by calling MS
  15. Developer Services at 800-227-4679 x 11771.
