- Where do you actually see this disabling of interrupts you refer to for
- 4 milliseconds? I have Windows running on multiple machines, and we
- do high speed downloads all the time with a Windows comm program, PC+
- for Windows, we see none of these problems, even with a 16450 UART.
- Where did the 4ms figure come from, it would seem that it would be
- dependent on the speed of the processor. Perhaps, what you really need
- is some help with your configuration, so it can run smoothly like most
- of the rest of us... :-)
