  12. We are having an interesting problem using DEC's SETHOST program (a DOS
  13. application) with MSWin 3.1.  It run's OK (either via DEPCA or COMx), but
  14. when we come out of it, the mouse cursor is hung, and will not move.  It 
  15. seems to happen with different kinds of mice, different display devices,
  16. ..etc.  Has anyone been able to use SETHOST under MS-Win 3.1?
