  12. Can anyone show me the simplest possible example of creating a DLL
  13. under Window ? We are porting a large application from PM to Windows
  14. and I am running into some problems. I would like to leave the code
  15. alone as much as possible ( i.e. for portability concerns)

  17. Also, is there a way to display debugging output on a monochrome
  18. screen under Windows ?
