- I have recently purchased an Action Laser II and am very pleased with its
- operation. However, to print True Type you may need to upgrade the memory
- from th 0.5 MB to something around 1.5MB - 2.5BM. I just upgraded with a
- 2MB JetRam Memory Module purchased from Shecom in California (800) 872-6673
- [who actually had R&R Electronics of Norcross, GA (404) 368-1777 ship the
- unit] for $118 inlcuding shipping, and it works great. I called Epson about
- a Windows driver since WordPerfect for Windows has a separate driver for
- the Epson Action Laser, but their tech support indicates that none is
- avaiable and just use the Laser Jet II or IIP drivers. So far everything
- works great.
-
- Good Luck,
- Tom
