- This is not really serious, but it has me wondering. I remember when
- I first installed Windows 3.1 being impressed with how polished the
- ALT-TAB command sequence looked from a DOS box. A color line with
- highlighted text appeared at the top of the screen. At least thats
- how I think I remember it. Anyway, now after a few months and a
- reinstallation of Win 3.1, the ALT-TAB screen sequence does not
- appear as I seem to remember it. Now, the screen blanks out, and
- a white, reverse text line appears briefly at the top. This is
- immediately replaced by the same text, not reversed, but highlighted.
- This whole process is a lot less smooth than I remember. Does anyone
- have an idea about what might be happening?
