  10. This is not really serious, but it has me wondering.  I remember when
  11. I first installed Windows 3.1 being impressed with how polished the
  12. ALT-TAB command sequence looked from a DOS box.  A color line with
  13. highlighted text appeared at the top of the screen.  At least thats
  14. how I think I remember it.  Anyway, now after a few months and a 
  15. reinstallation of Win 3.1, the ALT-TAB screen sequence does not 
  16. appear as I seem to remember it.  Now, the screen blanks out, and 
  17. a white, reverse text line appears briefly at the top.  This is
  18. immediately replaced by the same text, not reversed, but highlighted.
  19. This whole process is a lot less smooth than I remember.  Does anyone 
  20. have an idea about what might be happening?
