  11. Can someone tell me where the startup screen (bitmap?) resides?  In the process
  12. of intstalling my VGA drivers, the screen is the one for windows 3.0 instead of
  13. 3.1 like it really is.  It's not that big of a deal, but I don't understand
  14. how this happened.
