  15. Don't know if we're talking the same animal, here, but there's a 
  16. utility that comes(I think) with the Soundblaster, called 
  17. VOCHDR.EXE that puts a VOC header on .SND files.  Then you just 
  18. use a shareware ditty called VOC2WAV.EXE to convert your new VOC 
  19. file to .WAV format.
  20. What I'm not sure of is whether the .SND files I'm talking about 
  21. are the same ones you mean.
