  13. I have the same setup (with the high speed controller) and I have
  14. had no problems doing restores with CPBackup.

  16. However, when I do backups and follow with a compare, I notice
  17. that there are quite a few recoverable errors (ca. 5 per 30MB) and
  18. often 1 non-recoverable error (most frequently on a .ARC file which
  19. the software is not supposed to compress). Is this rate of
  20. recoverable errors normal? This leaves me less than confident about
  21. the security of my backups.
