  18. Don't know about the beta. The preleminary SDK doesn't. If you have
  19. access to a machine with both a CD drive and a floppy, it is
  20. quite simple to create a set of floppies which are sufficient
  21. to install Windows NT from them.

  25. No, you can't. There is a multiple boot feature, however, and
  26. a DOS emulation subsystem. Currently, it is not very robust. But
  27. it is more than sufficient to run the various DOS based programmers
  28. tools like editors (I'm using SEE and SPRINT on NT, for example).

  33. testing, before I got the first crash.

  46. Barely. I installed it on a 8 MByte 486/25, and tried a few things.
  47. It runs slowly, but it runs. I would recommend that you upgrade
  48. your machine to 16M before attempting to do any serious work,
  49. or that you wait for the final release.

  53. It's fully preemptive. You can launch a second program via the 
  54. program manager before the first one even displays its main 
  55. window, for example.
