  13. I am new to MS-windows 3.1 and have a brief question concerning icons.  A
  14. friend gave me a bunch of icons on a disk and they all end with .ico (or
  15. maybe .icn, can't remember).

  17. Anyway, I'd like to put them all in one file, like the system does with
  18. moricons.dll.  So is there a application out there that takes a bunch of
  19. icon files and groups them into a single .dll file?
