  16. I am using Q+E and Microsoft Excel 4.0 macros to access an Oracle database.
  17. When I put the following formula into a cell on an Excel macrosheet, it
  18. gets an #N/A. If I then put the cursor in the formula bar of the cell
  19. and hit "enter", the formula is then evaluated and returns a number. Why
  20. doesn't it work the first time?

  26. The same thing happens when I edit the COMMKIT to put in another value
  27. for sys. I have to edit, enter, select formula bar, enter before I can
  28. get a value.

  30. I have been in touch with Microsoft support, and they haven't been
  31. much help so far.  Anybody have an idea?
