- Yes. This should work. It's a really good program.

- HOWEVER--a caveat: I've used it for a good while on various sytems, but
- when I got a 386 at home this year and used it here, I found that there
- is (at least) one program which just goes bonkers when buf160_6 is
- installed. That is JLBLINK, a "front end" for BIX. So far I haven't
- seen any other programs that object to it, but you might. (The author
- of JLBLINK tells me that that behavior is normal for JLBLINK when used
- with keyboard-buffer-extenders, so he's obviously got a "feature" in
- there somewhere.)

- There may be others, though, so if you encounter strange keyboard
- behavior in some program, before you curse out the computer, try
- de-installing buf_160.
