  23. I bought the $25 Network, installed it for a client to provide printer
  24. sharing, and discovered a few days later that it wouldn't work with
  25. SHARE loaded (which said client needed for a CD-ROM.)

  27. After many attempts I finally got through to the tech support line
  28. (which I think actually rings on he programmer's desk) and was told
  29. they knew about the problem and would ship an upgrade.  Did that 4 or
  30. 5 times.  No upgrade.  Am I a pleased customer?  No.  Do I
  31. use/recommend The $25 Network?  No.

  33. Perhaps this makes a case for releasing the $25 Network as
  34. shareware...  I would have gotten the upgrade from a BBS, and then
  35. would have registered as a satisfied customer.  Instead, I serve as
  36. negative advertising.
