  10. I got "Serrious disk problem" from within Windows ocassionally. Then I reboot
  11.  the machine. CHKDSK showed lost chains, I used chkdsk/f to recover 
  12. them into files. But when I type file0000.chk, sometimes I can see some
  13. binary codes, sometmes I got "error reading drive C" message. No bad sector
  14. is show on chkdsk.

  16. Does that mean file0000.chk is on bad sectors? If true, would  keeping the 
  17. junk file there prevent getting into the bad sectors?
