- featured kernel which uses the Mach idea of using servers to implement
- multiple operating system personalities. NT's servers do much less
- than Mach's. For example, most of NT's file system code executes in
- the processor's kernel mode as well as most of its security routines.

- You will quickly realize that Dave Cutler's crew has a very different
