  26. WAIT A MINUTE!  According to USENET guidelines you have to wait *AT LEAST*
  27. six months before conducting another vote *AND* post a RFD, and then wait
  28. another month before posting a CFV.

  33. a volume problem here when the 6 month time period expires, then go ahead
  34. and start another voting process, but any process started before then is
