- Sorry if I missed any fixes for the .99 kernel but it appears that the newsfeed
- here died yestarday. Anyway, I just copied the full source for .99 to
- /usr/src/linux and applied Linus' quick fixes for the free inodes problem.
- Then I did a make config which appeared to work fine. Following this with
- a make depend I received two error messages:
-
- asm/dma.h -file not found and
- linux/interrupt.h -file not found
-
- Then, when followed by a make Image or make disk, I get an error aying that
- ASK_VGA is an unbound label and compilation comes to a screaching halt. Does
- anyone have any suggestions?
