- 1. You can only boot from the first physical hard disk, so you might want
- to have atleast / for Linux on that disk.

- 2. Splitting Linux between several drives (ie swap on one, /usr on
- another) will maximize performance since Linux will talk to
- multiple SCSI drives at the same time.
