- Hi,
-
- anyone out there who runs a Sigma Legend II with Bios vers. 1.01 ?
-
- I still have problems running Linux with this card. No, not under
- X11 - I'm talking about the plain text mode ! It neither switches
- to the 80x25 mode nor accepts any number correctly (after asking
- me to choose a mode ...)
-
- Why ? Please help me ! I've tried almost all possibilities of
- configuring my card (jumper J1 and J2 in any combination) and BIOS
- (shadow ram settings etc.) I'm currently running Linux on a total
- piece of shit (Trident 8900/512 card) and I want my SL II back as
- soon as possible - or I have to drop Linux :(
-
- P.S. My machine is a 486/33, AMI Bios, 8 meg RAM ...
