  23. even know the reason that things are being cross posted.  Which
  24. is also the reason that split was voted down (when the Senate doesn't
  25. vote by a 2/3 majority to override a veto: its said that it was voted down).

  27. voted against it in *courtesy* to them. Courtesy. Think about it.

  30. rather endearing chap is correct: screw the rules.  The guidelines
  31. are unimportant.  Do what thou will shall be the whole of the law.
