  27.     I want to thank Charles Fee and Birko Bergt for their messages
  28. suggesting solutions.  I uncommented the #define FORCE_8BIT line in
  29. linux/net/tcp/wereg.h as Birko suggested, and it booted fine.  Of
  30. cource, once I told that to my accomplice in Linux hacking here, he said
  31. 'Yes!  That's what I had to do to get it to work before!  How could I
  32. forget that?'  Maybe this should go into the Q&D README as a note for
  33. WD8003 users?
