- A friend of mine has a Gateway 2000 EISA machine with an Ultrastor 24F
- SCSI adapter installed. Naturally, Linux does not recognize the 24F.
-
- The source code for the 14F driver indicates that it might work with the
- 24F some modifications. Anyone know what modifications might be needed?
- The first I can think of is how to get Linux to detect the card....
-
- Also, the docs for the 24F indicate that it can operate in an ISA mode
- if so configured. Would this be the route to follow?
-
- Any help appreciated...
