  18. get x8514new.T.Z off tsx1 (sorry, can't remember dir its in)

  21. edit the Xconfig file:
  22. Microsoft       "/dev/ttys2"      should be: Microsoft       "/dev/ttys0"
  23. Changing the 2 to a 0 was what kept it from running on my friend's system.
