  15. Alright, here is a question that I have always wondered about.

  17. I have a modem.  I have a site that has a modem that connects to a unix
  18. machine.   How do I get telnet and ftp to start my modem connection
  19. and do everything that way instead of an ethernet adapter?

  21. This would be so useful to me since I cannot connect directly to the tcpip
  22. network.
