  12. Ok, here's the situation:
  13. I got linux-0.99.tar.Z off of tsx-11
  14. uncompressed it and untarred it into the proper dirs.
  15. editted the Makefile and chose the proper keyboard etc
  16. did a "make config" and answered the questions.  I told config to
  17. NOT use TCP/IP and NOT use the iso CDROM stuff or any CDROM stuff at all.
  18.  
  19. When I try to do a "make depend" it barfs on some error about the iso CDROM
  20. stuff which I told config not to even use.
  21. Ignoring this dependency error, I went ahead and tried a "make all".
  22. This in turn barfed on another thing that I said NOT to include, TCP/IP   
  23. support.

  25. What am I doing wrong here!!??
