- mkfs only makes Minix filesystems, but the limit is 64 megabytes.
- In order to make larger filesystems, repartition your hard drive and make
- the large partition type 83 which is Linux extended filesystem, and then
- use mkefs to create your filesystem.

- Better to use LILO rather than Shoelace. Shoelace was designed mainly
- for Minix, and I'm told it will only work with Minix filesystems.
- LILO does a bang-up good job of what I want it to do, plus it can boot
- other operating systems, not just Linux or DOS.
