  18. Sorry. You're too late. We already went through the grueling RFD and
  19. CFV process; all groups failed the vote except for comp.os.linux.announce,
  20. which now exists.

  22. USENET policy says that we can't bring up the proposal for another 6 months.
  23. I'm surprised there are still people on this group who DIDN'T notice the
  24. previous RFD/CFV, unless you just joined the group. :)
