  27. Actually, that's not the whole truth either, the majority voted FOR
  28. the creation of *all* the proposed new groups, however, it takes twice
  29. as many votes pro than con, and the ratios for the other groups were
  30. between 1:1.7 and 1:1.9 if I remember correctly.
