- I'm running Linux0.98.6 with the 6 TCP patches from Ross Biro.
- Unfortunately a nasty memory leak in the TCP/IP-Code seems to
- remain. That's how the story goes:
-
- I'm running the 312k-LPmud-driver (Amylaar, for those who are
- familiar with Muds), and everything seems to work nicely. But
- after the Driver creates the Socket, the system is losing
- memory, always 4 or 8 K every few seconds. This leak is with
- highest certaincy NOT related to the driver code itself.
-
- I remember that Ross confirmed this bug a few weeks before,
- and he said that patches were to be expected soon. Could
- any TCP/IP guru enlighten me, if there is some hope ?
-
- Thanks in advance :)
