  31. There is a BIG price differential between floppy-attached drives (i.e., the
  32. Colorado QIC drives) and SCSI drives. For those of us who use this as a hobby,
  33. the price of a SCSI tape may be difficult to justify.

  35. Yes, the floppy-attached tapes are quite a bit slower, however they sure beat
  36. popping in dozens of diskettes ! And since Coherent is a $99 Unix, I would
  37. think that cost would be a factor for many current Coherent users.
